Greetings and Salutations!
And welcome, belatedly, to 2002...
This is just a quick note to check in and let you know (and by "you", of
course I mean the two or three yahoos who actually read this page) that
despite our current leave of absence, SONS OF
NOTHING is still very much alive...and like the fabled phoenix,
preparing to rise from the ashes to even greater glory. Or something.
There is many a story to tell, but they all will have to wait. For now, just
know that the band which started out as a solo project, became an unusual
(and somewhat uneasy) alliance of disparate musicians and agendas which then transmogrified
from song band to pseudo-dance band to
just-happy-to-be-out-without-their-helmets band has found its voice at last,
and that voice is powerful. We're tanned, we're rested, and we're very nearly ready
to unleash ourselves upon an unsuspecting public once again! Expect to see many changes to the site in the coming weeks (including new
audio and video files, new bio information, new concert dates, and more) as we stride
confidently towards the future.
This year will be extraordinary, in every
possible way. I guarantee it. :)
